Tuna Tartare

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 500 g sushi grade tuna, finely diced
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 tablespoon wasabi powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon cracked black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • sliced french bread

Recipe

  • 1 in a bowl, stir together olive oil, wasabi powder, sesame seeds and cracked black pepper.
  • 2 toss tuna into mixture until evenly coated.
  • 3 adjust seasoning as desired with additional wasabi powder or black pepper. serve on sliced french bread.
