Super Easy Cheese Fondue

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 cups processed swiss-style cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup american cheese, grated
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 cups dry wine
  • 1/2 teaspoon season salt
  • 1 pinch nutmeg

Recipe

  • 1 heat water and wine…add cheese and stir until melted. toss cheese with a little flour to thicken.
  • 2 assorted dippers - cubed ham (skip for vegetarian option), blanched broccoli, carrots, or cauliflower, cherry tomatoes, chopped green bell peppers, cubed french bread peeled and chopped apples or pears.
