Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 4 cups processed swiss-style cheese, shredded
- 1 cup american cheese, grated
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 cups dry wine
- 1/2 teaspoon season salt
- 1 pinch nutmeg
Recipe
- 1 heat water and wine…add cheese and stir until melted. toss cheese with a little flour to thicken.
- 2 assorted dippers - cubed ham (skip for vegetarian option), blanched broccoli, carrots, or cauliflower, cherry tomatoes, chopped green bell peppers, cubed french bread peeled and chopped apples or pears.
