Ingredients
- 6 tablespoons butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
- 1 tablespoon minced chives
- 1 tablespoon minced parsley
- 1 loaf french bread
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
Recipe
- 1 blend 5 tblsp. butter, mustard, chives, and parsley. cut bread into 1 1/2 inch slices almost to bottom crust. spread butter mixture between slices. melt remaining butter (1 tblsp.) and brush on bread. sprinkle with cheese. wrap in foil and bake in 400* oven 10-15 minutes.
