Tangy Bread

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 6 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
  • 1 tablespoon minced chives
  • 1 tablespoon minced parsley
  • 1 loaf french bread
  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese

Recipe

  • 1 blend 5 tblsp. butter, mustard, chives, and parsley. cut bread into 1 1/2 inch slices almost to bottom crust. spread butter mixture between slices. melt remaining butter (1 tblsp.) and brush on bread. sprinkle with cheese. wrap in foil and bake in 400* oven 10-15 minutes.
