Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup potato water or 3/4 cup water
  • 3 tablespoons dried powdered milk
  • 3/4 cup mashed potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 4 cups bread flour
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons bread machine yeast
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 7 when the cycle is finished, take the dough out and knead to remove large air pockets.
