Rock Bottom Brewery Beer Bread

Total Time: 1 hr 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 1/4 lbs flour
  • 6 tablespoons cheddar cheese, grated
  • 6 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup red bell pepper, diced
  • 1/4 cup green onion, chopped
  • 2 cups beer

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 300 degree f.
  • 2 combine all dry ingredients.
  • 3 mix in cheese, peppers, and onions.
  • 4 add 1 1/2 c beer; mix well.
  • 5 add remaining 1/2 c beer.
  • 6 combine thoroughly.
  • 7 pour into a greased loaf pan.
  • 8 bake for 1 hour.
