Turkey Meatloaf

Total Time: 1 hr 5 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 5
  • 1 1/3 lbs ground turkey
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2-3/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/2 medium onion, diced
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon a.1. original sauce

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 375 degrees f.
  • 2 in a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, egg, 1/2 cup breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, herbs, garlic, onion, ketchup, worcestershire. mix well. if the meat seems too moist, add additional bread crumbs until it is a consistency that will form a loaf without flattening.
  • 3 in a small bowl, combine the ketchup and other sauces to form the glaze.
  • 4 spray a large baking or roasting pan with a non-stick spray and press the meatloaf out forming a loaf which is oblong. spread the glaze over the meatloaf evenly.
  • 5 bake the meatloaf for 35 to 45 minutes.
