Saturday Morning Biscuit

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 250 g wine biscuits
  • 1/4 cup sultana
  • 397 g sweetened condensed milk
  • 113 g butter

Recipe

  • 1 melt butter, condensed milk and sultanas together in saucepan over low heat.
  • 2 crush biscuits, add to butter milk mix and mix together well.
  • 3 put mixture in sponge roll tin - greased and lined and bake at 375f, 190c for 20-25 minutes or as required.
  • 4 remove fron tim whilst still warm and remove paper.
  • 5 when cold ice and cut into slices.
