Tomato Casserole

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 quart canned tomato, drained
  • salt & pepper
  • 3 slices kraft sharp cheddar processed cheese
  • 5 slices day old bread, torn into small pieces
  • 1/4 cup melted margarine

Recipe

  • 1 put drained tomatoes into 9" pie plate.
  • 2 sprinkle tomatoes with salt and pepper.
  • 3 lay cheese slices over tomatoes, breaking slices to cover.
  • 4 toss bread pieces in melted butter and cover tomatoes and cheese.
  • 5 bake 375 degrees until bread pieces are browned and crisp, about 30 minutes.
