- 185 g tuna in vegetable oil, drained
- 310 g corn kernels, drained
- 100 g cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons parsley, finely chopped
Recipe
- 1 preheat grill to high. toast bread lightly.
- 2 combine the remaining ingredients in a bowl. spread mixture over each slice of toast. grill for 3 minutes or until cheese is melted.
