Torta Rustica

Total Time: 1 hr Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 50 mins

Ingredients

  • 300 g flour
  • 100 ml oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 240 ml milk
  • 7 g yeast
  • 3 g salt
  • 1/2 cup swiss cheese
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 3 pieces prosciutto

Recipe

  • 1 mix flour, oil, eggs, milk, yeast and salt together in a large bowl.
  • 2 pour half of the mixture into the buttered 8 inches cake pan.
  • 3 layered on the cheese, spinach and prosciutto.
  • 4 pour the rest of the mixture on top of the filling.
  • 5 bake at 350f for 40 to 50 minutes.
