Ingredients

- 8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 10 slices bread, buttered and cubed
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon french cream mustard
Recipe
- 1 (may substitute 1/2 t dry mustard).
- 2 cut cheese into pieces.
- 3 combine all ingredients in blender.
- 4 turn on high speed until thoroughly mixed.
- 5 bake in greased, uncovered, 1-1/2 qt casserole for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
