- 15 inches round soft cracker bread
- 1/2 cup cream cheese with herbs
- 1/2 lb thinly sliced cooked turkey
- 1 tomato, thinly slices
- 1/2 lb thinly sliced swiss cheese
- 1 cup baby spinach leaves
Recipe
- 1 spread herbed cheese on cracker bread and top with remaining ingredients.
- 2 roll up bread, enclosing filling.
- 3 trim ends, if desired, then cut roll into 1" pieces.
