- 450 g fresh boneless fish fillets
- 1/2 onion, chopped finely
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 cup fresh breadcrumb
- 1/4 cup cheese, grated
- 1 tablespoon oil
Recipe
- 1 gently cook onion and garlic in oil until translucent, not browned.
- 2 mix onion into the cheese and breadcrumbs.
- 3 place fish fillets in greased dish.
- 4 top evenly with crumb mixture.
- 5 cook at 180 degrees for 10 - 15 minutes.
