The Fish Dish

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 3
  • 450 g fresh boneless fish fillets
  • 1/2 onion, chopped finely
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1 cup fresh breadcrumb
  • 1/4 cup cheese, grated
  • 1 tablespoon oil

Recipe

  • 1 gently cook onion and garlic in oil until translucent, not browned.
  • 2 mix onion into the cheese and breadcrumbs.
  • 3 place fish fillets in greased dish.
  • 4 top evenly with crumb mixture.
  • 5 cook at 180 degrees for 10 - 15 minutes.
