Shaker Green Beans

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 3 cups fresh green beans (no need to cut)
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1/4-1/2 teaspoon pepper (according to taste)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- breadcrumbs
Recipe
- 1 melt butter.
- 2 add flour.
- 3 add all other ingredients except cheese and crumbs.
- 4 mix well.
- 5 add beans.
- 6 pour into baking dish.
- 7 top with cheddar cheese.
- 8 top with bread crumbs.
- 9 bake uncovered for 30 minutes or until beans are cooked.
- 10 note: frozen beans will work as well.
