Spinach-feta Crostini

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 2 small tomatoes, diced
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup light mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup light sour cream
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 16 ounces french bread, cut into 1/2 inch slices
Recipe
- 1 mix together all of the ingredients except the bread.
- 2 (if making ahead, cover and refrigerate until needed.) spread mixture on each slice of bread, place on a baking sheet, and bake at 350 for 18-20 minutes or until golden.
