Twice Baked Potato Bread (bread Machine)

Total Time: 3 hrs 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 3 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 1/4 cups water
  • 1/4 cup nonfat dry milk powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons . sugar
  • 3 cups bread flour
  • 3/4 cup mashed baked potato
  • 3/4 cup shredded old cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons snipped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 4 slices crisp bacon, crumbled
  • 3/4 teaspoon bread machine yeast or 3/4 teaspoon instant yeast

Recipe

  • 1 measure ingredients into baking pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer.
  • 2 insert pan into the oven chamber.
  • 3 select basic cycle; press start.
  • 4 when the baking cycle ends, immediately remove the bread from the pan and place it on a rack.
  • 5 let cool to room temperature before slicing.
