Twice Baked Potato Bread (bread Machine)

Ingredients
- Servings: 8
- 1 1/4 cups water
- 1/4 cup nonfat dry milk powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons . sugar
- 3 cups bread flour
- 3/4 cup mashed baked potato
- 3/4 cup shredded old cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons snipped fresh parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
- 4 slices crisp bacon, crumbled
- 3/4 teaspoon bread machine yeast or 3/4 teaspoon instant yeast
Recipe
- 1 measure ingredients into baking pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer.
- 2 insert pan into the oven chamber.
- 3 select basic cycle; press start.
- 4 when the baking cycle ends, immediately remove the bread from the pan and place it on a rack.
- 5 let cool to room temperature before slicing.
