- cod
- 1 little milk
- salt and pepper
- 1 little fat
- mashed potatoes
- 1 egg
- breadcrumbs
Recipe
- 1 divide the remains of codfish or cold salt fish into flakes. mix in twice as much mashed potatoes. add a little milk. season with salt and pepper and make into balls. dip into the egg, roll in breadcrumbs and fry in fat until brown.
