Turkey Loaf

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 lb ground turkey (uncooked)
- 1/2-3/4 cup plain breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 (8 ounce) bag of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2 in a large bowl, beat one egg.
- 3 add the ground turkey and breadcrumbs.
- 4 mix with a large spoon (or your hands) until the breadcrumbs are evenly distributed. you can add more breadcrumbs if the mixture does not stick together well.
- 5 on a sheet of wax paper (or you could just use the baking sheet) spread the turkey mixture into a rectangle. it should be between 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick.
- 6 sprinkle the whole bag of mozzarella on the turkey mixture.
- 7 roll the turkey into a loaf using the long side.
- 8 cook for 40-45 minutes.
