- 8 tomatoes, peeled and cut in wedges
- 8 slices bread, crusts removed and cubed
- 8 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
Recipe
- 1 arrange tomatoes in a greased dish.
- 2 top with bread cubes.
- 3 combine butter, salt, basil& thyme.
- 4 drizzle over bread.
- 5 sprinkle with cheese.
- 6 bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes or until light brown.
