Turkey In A Jam Panini

Ingredients

- 4 slices sourdough bread (1/2-inch thick)
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons raspberry jam (i use seedless)
- 2 ounces swiss cheese, thinly sliced
- 2 ounces deli-sliced turkey
- 1 cup mixed greens
Recipe
- 1 preheat panini grill to high.
- 2 brush one side of each bread slice with butter.
- 3 place on a work surface, buttered side down, and spread with jam.
- 4 on bottom halves, evenly layer with cheese, turkey, and greens.
- 5 cover with top halves and press gently to pack.
- 6 place sandwiches in grill, close the top plate and cook until golden brown, 3-4 minutes.
- 7 serve immediately.
