Ingredients

- 2 bunches greens
- 1 quart water
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 pickled tabasco pepper (can take from pepper sauce bottle)
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 4 ounces cubed ham or 1 ham hock
Recipe
- 1 remove stems from and wash and chop the greens. combine all ingredients with the greens in large pot and simmer until tender, about 2 hours. best served with cornbread!
