Turkey Meatballs

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 large onion
  • 5 -6 garlic cloves
  • 1 egg
  • 6 ounces grated parmesan cheese
  • 6 -8 ounces italian seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 2 -3 tablespoons italian seasoning
  • garlic bread

Recipe

  • 1 purify onion (you need the juice for making the meatballs juicy) and garlic together. i use a mini chopper.
  • 2 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • 3 combine turkey, onion/garlic mix, and egg in a mixing bowl.
  • 4 add grated parmesan cheese.
  • 5 add bread crumbs and italian seasoning.
  • 6 mix well.
  • 7 spray or butter baking sheet.
  • 8 roll up meatballs and place on baking sheet.
  • 9 place sheet in oven for 15 minutes, then turn. they should be a nice brown color on one side.
  • 10 cook for another 15 minutes.
  • 11 this is where i add them to my spaghetti sauce that is already warmed up and just let them simmer in there while i start the noodles.
