Turkey Meatballs

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 large onion
- 5 -6 garlic cloves
- 1 egg
- 6 ounces grated parmesan cheese
- 6 -8 ounces italian seasoned breadcrumbs
- 2 -3 tablespoons italian seasoning
- garlic bread
Recipe
- 1 purify onion (you need the juice for making the meatballs juicy) and garlic together. i use a mini chopper.
- 2 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 3 combine turkey, onion/garlic mix, and egg in a mixing bowl.
- 4 add grated parmesan cheese.
- 5 add bread crumbs and italian seasoning.
- 6 mix well.
- 7 spray or butter baking sheet.
- 8 roll up meatballs and place on baking sheet.
- 9 place sheet in oven for 15 minutes, then turn. they should be a nice brown color on one side.
- 10 cook for another 15 minutes.
- 11 this is where i add them to my spaghetti sauce that is already warmed up and just let them simmer in there while i start the noodles.
