Ingredients

- 2 3/4 cups flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 (1/4 ounce) packet fast rising yeast
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 1/8 cups water
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon oil
- 1/4 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon oregano
- 1/8 teaspoon basil
- 1/8 teaspoon thyme
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 cup fresh mozzarella cheese, cubed
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (low moisture)
- 1/3 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (low moisture)
- pepperoni (sliced) (optional)
- onion (sliced) (optional)
- green pepper (sliced) (optional)
- mushroom (sliced) (optional)
Recipe
- 1 add ingredients to bread maker on dough setting.
- 2 in a large saucepan, add the sauce ingredients and stir. cook on medium high heat until boiling, mix well.
- 3 once boiling, lower heat and simmer 15-20 minutes to thicken the sauce.
- 4 once the dough is ready, roll out onto a floured surface and let rise another 15 minutes.
- 5 lightly coat the dough with oil.
- 6 ladle sauce onto dough and spread evenly.
- 7 top with all the fresh mozzarella cheese and 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese.
- 8 add your favorite toppings and add the last 1/3 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese.
- 9 cook in a 400 degree oven until the edges turn brown.
