Stuffed Shells (meat Stuffed)

Total Time: 55 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 35 mins

Ingredients

  • 12 large shell macaroni
  • 1 lb ground chuck (or 1/2chuck & 1/2lamb)
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon parsley flakes
  • 4 crushed fresh garlic cloves
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 cups spaghetti sauce

Recipe

  • 1 cook shells until barely tender.
  • 2 drain and set aside.
  • 3 mix up meat mixture.
  • 4 preheat oven to 350*.
  • 5 spray a 9x13 inch baking dish with pam.
  • 6 spread 1 cup of speghetti sauce in dish.
  • 7 fill cooked shells with meat mixture.
  • 8 arrange filled shells in baking dish.
  • 9 top with sauce and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
  • 10 cover with foil, bake at 350* for 45 minutes.
  • 11 uncover and continue baking about 5 minutes.
  • 12 serve.
