Sugar Free Banana Bread

Ingredients
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 4 medium bananas, cut into chunks
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup unsweetened orange juice
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped (optional)
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2 combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon in a bowl. stir to blend.
- 3 place bananas in blender and puree until smooth.
- 4 add the bananas and rest of ingredients to flour mixture and mix well.
- 5 pour into a greased loaf pan.
- 6 bake for 40-50 minutes or until a knife inserted comes out clean.
- 7 cool on a wire rack.
- 8 enjoy!
