Sugar Free Banana Bread

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 40 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 4 medium bananas, cut into chunks
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened orange juice
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2 combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon in a bowl. stir to blend.
  • 3 place bananas in blender and puree until smooth.
  • 4 add the bananas and rest of ingredients to flour mixture and mix well.
  • 5 pour into a greased loaf pan.
  • 6 bake for 40-50 minutes or until a knife inserted comes out clean.
  • 7 cool on a wire rack.
  • 8 enjoy!
