- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1 pinch dried chili
- 1 dash garlic salt
- black pepper
- mayonnaise
- bread
- fresh chives
Recipe
- 1 mix egg and milk well in small microwavable bowl.
- 2 sprinkle with peppers, garlic salt and pepper.
- 3 microwave uncovered for 1 min and 20 seconds on high.
- 4 toast bread, spread each slice with mayonnaise and sprinkle one side generously with finely chopped fresh chives.
- 5 stick egg in the middle and enjoy.
- 6 can add ham too.
