Ingredients

- 2 slices sun-dried tomato bread
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 sliced tomato
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
- 2 tablespoons mango chutney
- 1 tablespoon roasted pine nuts
Recipe
- 1 put the first slice of bread on a plate.
- 2 put the shredded lettuce on it.
- 3 arrange the sliced tomato on top of it.
- 4 scatter the grated cheese over it.
- 5 put the chutney over the cheese.
- 6 cover with the second slice of bread.
- 7 cut the sandwiches into quarters.
- 8 stand two of the quarter's upright.
- 9 lay the remaining quarter's on either side.
- 10 serve with a salad.
- 11 enjoy!
