The New Yorker

Total Time: 32 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 12 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 2 slices sun-dried tomato bread
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 sliced tomato
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons mango chutney
  • 1 tablespoon roasted pine nuts

Recipe

  • 1 put the first slice of bread on a plate.
  • 2 put the shredded lettuce on it.
  • 3 arrange the sliced tomato on top of it.
  • 4 scatter the grated cheese over it.
  • 5 put the chutney over the cheese.
  • 6 cover with the second slice of bread.
  • 7 cut the sandwiches into quarters.
  • 8 stand two of the quarter's upright.
  • 9 lay the remaining quarter's on either side.
  • 10 serve with a salad.
  • 11 enjoy!
