Traditional Garlic Shrimp

Ingredients
- 2 lbs shrimp, raw and peeled. no tails
- 1/2 cup margarine (or butter)
- 6 garlic cloves, fresh and crushed
- 1/2 cup dry wine (can use cooking wine)
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 lemon (need about 1 1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice)
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2 for two pounds of raw, peeled shrimp.
- 3 saute: one stick margarine (i use butter).
- 4 with six cloves crushed garlic
- 5 slowly, on low heat, heat the butter and garlic. do not burn the garlic !
- 6 then
- 7 add: 1/2 cup dry wine (can use cooking wine).
- 8 1/2 crushed red pepper
- 9 1 1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice.
- 10 place raw, peeled shrimp in a 2 1/2 quart casserole dish and pour the sauce over the shrimp. cover and bake 20 minutes.
- 11 you're done ! serve over yellow or rice or alone with plenty of bread .
