Ingredients
- 500 g whole wheat flour
- 150 g strong flour
- 50 g oatmeal
- 1 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 475 -725 ml sour milk (or fresh milk soured with juice of 1/2 lemon)
Recipe
- 1 mix the dry ingredients very well.
- 2 moisten with the sour milk to form a soft dough.
- 3 knead lightly.
- 4 form into a round, mark with a cross, place on a tin and bake for 30-45 minutes in the oven at 220°c.
