Rosemary Sun-dried Tomato Bread

Ingredients
- 3 cups self-rising flour
- 3 1/2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 ounce sun-dried tomato, julienned
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped rosemary
- 12 ounces beer
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2 grease loaf pan.
- 3 combine flour,sugar,rosemary, tomatoes and parmesan cheese.
- 4 blend,add beer and mix well together.
- 5 pour batter into a greased loaf pan.
- 6 bake 40-50 minutes.
- 7 remove loaf from oven.
- 8 spoon butter over top of loaf.
- 9 bake 10-12 minutes longer.
- 10 let rest 10 minutes, remove from pan and finsh cooling on a wire rack.
