Rosemary Sun-dried Tomato Bread

Total Time: 1 hr 10 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 55 mins

Ingredients

  • 3 cups self-rising flour
  • 3 1/2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 ounce sun-dried tomato, julienned
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped rosemary
  • 12 ounces beer
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2 grease loaf pan.
  • 3 combine flour,sugar,rosemary, tomatoes and parmesan cheese.
  • 4 blend,add beer and mix well together.
  • 5 pour batter into a greased loaf pan.
  • 6 bake 40-50 minutes.
  • 7 remove loaf from oven.
  • 8 spoon butter over top of loaf.
  • 9 bake 10-12 minutes longer.
  • 10 let rest 10 minutes, remove from pan and finsh cooling on a wire rack.
