Ingredients
- 4 cups flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 lb cold butter (no subs)
Recipe
- 1 in lg bowl, combine flour and sugar.
- 2 cut in butter until you have a fine crumbly mixture.
- 3 knead dough until smooth, about 7-8 minutes.
- 4 pat dough into ungreased 15x10 pan.
- 5 pierce with fork all over.
- 6 bake at 325* for 25 minutes, until light brown.
- 7 while warm, cut into squares.
