Ingredients

• 1 1/4 cups water
• 2 1/2 teaspoons instant yeast (1 pkg)
• 2 tablespoons vital wheat gluten
• 1/4 cup potato flakes
• 2 tablespoons sugar
• 3 cups bread flour (up to 3 1/2 cups)
• 1/4 cup vegetable oil
• 1 teaspoon salt

Recipe

• 1 add ingredients to the bread pan in the order given. select the bread option and start the bread machine.
