Softest Ever Bread Machine 100% Spelt Bread

Total Time: 2 hrs 20 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 2 hrs

Ingredients

  • 1 cup warm water (110 degrees f/45 degrees c, microwave approx. 50 seconds with room temperature water)
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons instant yeast
  • 4 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 3 cups spelt flour (light or all-purpose)
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Recipe

  • 1 place the water, sugar and yeast in the loaf pan of the bread machine.
  • 2 let the yeast dissolve and foam for 10 minutes.

  • 4 select the rapid bake, light crust setting, and press start.
