Solar Cooked Moroccan Egg Salad Sandwich Hold The Mayo

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1 medium garlic clove, minced (to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon fresh black pepper, to taste
  • 1 -2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 large solar cooked eggs, chopped
  • 1/2 tablespoon flat leaf parsley, chopped (to taste)
  • 2 slices bread

Recipe

  • 1 combine garlic, salt, pepper, and lemon juice in a small bowl. stir together.
  • 2 add olive oil. continue to mix until well-combined.
  • 3 add eggs and parsley into the bowl of dressing. fold all ingredients together carefully.
  • 4 adjust seasonings to your taste.
  • 5 spread egg salad on one slice of bread & take another slice of bread to place on top.
  • 6 slice sandwich in half and serve.
