Sour Cream & Chive Bread (bread Machine)

Total Time: 2 hrs 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 2 hrs

Ingredients

• 3/4 cup milk
• 1/4 cup water
• 1/4 cup sour cream
• 2 tablespoons margarine
• 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
• 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
• 3 cups bread flour
• 1/8 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/4 cup chives, minced
• 2 1/4 teaspoons yeast

Recipe

• 1 place all ingredients in order given into bread machine pan.
• 2 select desired settings. i used the "rapid bake" function on my bread machine with good results.
• 3 note: if your bread machine has a timer feature, it is recommended not to use it for this recipe.
