Sour Cream Coffee Cake

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup butter, softened
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 3 eggs
- 2 tablespoons instant coffee
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 3 cups self-rising flour
- 1 1/2 cups sour cream
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350*.
- 2 combine butter, sugar, eggs, coffee and vanilla in a large bowl.
- 3 beat at medium speed 2 minutes.
- 4 mix in flour alternately with sour cream.
- 5 grease bottom of bundt pan.
- 6 prepare filling: in a small bowl mix brown sugar, nuts and cinnamon.
- 7 set aside.
- 8 spread 1/3 of the batter in pan and sprinkle in 1/3 of the cinnamon filling.
- 9 repeat previous step two more times, ending with cinnamon filling on top.
- 10 bake about 60 minutes or until cake tests done.
- 11 cool slightly before removing from pan.
