Sour Cream Cornbread With Honey Butter

Total Time: 55 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 24
  • 3 cups self-rising cornmeal
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
  • 3 cups sour cream
  • 2 2/3 cups cream-style corn
  • 1 1/4 cups butter
  • 1/2 cup honey

Recipe

  • 1 cornbread:.
  • 2 (3 cups sour cream is 1 1/2 containers of the 16 ounce containers).
  • 3 (2 2/3 cups is about 2 cans of the 14 ounce cans).
  • 4 combine first 6 ingredients in order listed, mix well.
