Ingredients
- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 1 lb monterey jack cheese, shredded
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup dry breadcrumbs
Recipe
- 1 cook elbow macaroni until cook al dente.
- 2 drain and place in a 2-quart casserole.
- 3 add cheese, sour cream, butter and salt. mix well.
- 4 combine bread crumbs and melted butter and sprinkle over macaroni.
- 5 bake in 350ºf. oven approximately 30 minutes.
