Sour Cream Macaroni And Cheese

Total Time: 1 hr Preparation Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 1 lb monterey jack cheese, shredded
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup dry breadcrumbs

Recipe

  • 1 cook elbow macaroni until cook al dente.
  • 2 drain and place in a 2-quart casserole.
  • 3 add cheese, sour cream, butter and salt. mix well.
  • 4 combine bread crumbs and melted butter and sprinkle over macaroni.
  • 5 bake in 350ºf. oven approximately 30 minutes.
