Spicy Avocado Pita (south Beach Diet)

Ingredients

  • 1 avocado, mashed
  • 2 whole wheat pita bread
  • 1/4 teaspoon spicy chili powder
  • salt
  • lettuce

Recipe

  • 1 season avocado with chile powder and salt.
  • 2 stir until it is quite creamy.
  • 3 spread 1/2 avocado mixture inside each pita pocket, tuck in a bit of lettuce, and serve.
