Ingredients
- 1 package dry yeast
- 2 tablespoons lukewarm water
- 3/4 cup oil
- 4 cups self-rising flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 egg
Recipe
- 1 dissolve yeast in lukewarm water.
- 2 combine all remaining ingredients.
- 3 add yeast.
- 4 spoon into greased muffin tins, about 1/2 full.
- 5 bake at 400ºf.
- 6 this batter will keep for several days in the refrigerator.
- 7 take out and bake as needed.
