Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients

- 18 large mushrooms
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup seasoned dry bread crumb
- 3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 lemon, juice of
Recipe
- 1 separate stems from caps of mushrooms.
- 2 finely chop stems of mushrooms.
- 3 heat oil and add stems, green onions, garlic and parsley& cook on low for 4 minutes.
- 4 turn off heat and mix in breadcrumbs, cheese and lemon juice.
- 5 season to taste with salt and pepper.
- 6 fill caps and bake at 425 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes or til lightly browned.
