Stuffed Mushrooms

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 18 large mushrooms
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup seasoned dry bread crumb
  • 3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 lemon, juice of

Recipe

  • 1 separate stems from caps of mushrooms.
  • 2 finely chop stems of mushrooms.
  • 3 heat oil and add stems, green onions, garlic and parsley& cook on low for 4 minutes.
  • 4 turn off heat and mix in breadcrumbs, cheese and lemon juice.
  • 5 season to taste with salt and pepper.
  • 6 fill caps and bake at 425 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes or til lightly browned.
