Ingredients
- 36 small fresh mushrooms
- 1/2 medium onion
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2/3 cup dry breadcrumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Recipe
- 1 wash mushrooms, remove stems and save. chop stems and saute with onions in butter for 10 minutes. add remaining ingredients, and use mixture to stuff mushrooms. broil 5-8 minutes.
