The Best Poultry Stuffing Ever

Ingredients
- Servings: 10
- 3 loaves bread, torn up
- 3 cups butter or 3 cups margarine
- 8 stalks celery, chopped
- 4 medium onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon poultry seasoning
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 whole eggs, beaten (optional)
Recipe
- 1 tear up, or cut the bread into small pieces.
- 2 saute the butter, celery, onions, poultry seasoning, salt and pepper about 10-12 minutes.
- 3 pour over bread.
- 4 if desired, add the beaten eggs and toss until incorporated.
- 5 stuff turkey and cook as directed, or cook in a greased casserole, at 350 degrees for about 1 hour.
