Tonkatsu Curry

Ingredients
- 3 1/2 ounces curry sauce (1 package of golden curry sauce mix)
- 1 large yellow onion
- 5 carrots
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (or panko)
- 1 cup milk
- 4 lamb chops
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Recipe
- 1 lamb cutlet:.
- 2 soak lamb chops in milk.
- 3 peel and chop carrots and onions.
- 4 sprinkle lamb with salt and pepper.
- 5 coat lamb chops with breadcrumbs.
