Tonkatsu Curry

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 ounces curry sauce (1 package of golden curry sauce mix)
  • 1 large yellow onion
  • 5 carrots
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (or panko)
  • 1 cup milk
  • 4 lamb chops
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Recipe

  • 1 lamb cutlet:.
  • 2 soak lamb chops in milk.
  • 3 peel and chop carrots and onions.
