Too Easy Peach Cobbler

Total Time: 1 hr Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 (29 ounce) can sliced peaches, drained
  • 5 slices bread
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2 cup margarine, melted
  • ground cinnamon

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2 place fruit in 8x8 baking dish. cut crust from bread and cut each slice into five strips. place strips over peaches.
  • 3 mix sugar, flour, egg, and margarine. blend well, and pour over bread strips. sprinkle with cinnamon.
  • 4 bake 35 to 45 minutes or until golden brown.
