Ingredients
- 1 lb flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 12 ounces buttermilk
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 425f (200c).
- 2 sieve dry ingredients.
- 3 pour milk into a well in the dry ingredients.
- 4 blend and knead bread until smooth.
- 5 place in warm dusted dutch oven with flour.
- 6 bake for 20 mins at temperature, then reduce heat to 350f (180c) for another 20 mins.
