Ingredients

- 2 slices bread (crusts removed)
- 3 tablespoons soft cheese
- 1/8 cucumber
Recipe
- 1 use a rolling pin to rool the bread as flat as you can get it.
- 2 spread the slices with the soft cheese.
- 3 cut the cucumber into strips and place about half an inch from the edge of the sandwich.
- 4 roll up the sandwich like a swiss roll (or sushi!) and cut into 1 inch segments.
- 5 eat (feeling sorry for yourself is optional).
