Sore A@%e Sushi

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 2 slices bread (crusts removed)
  • 3 tablespoons soft cheese
  • 1/8 cucumber

Recipe

  • 1 use a rolling pin to rool the bread as flat as you can get it.
  • 2 spread the slices with the soft cheese.
  • 3 cut the cucumber into strips and place about half an inch from the edge of the sandwich.
  • 4 roll up the sandwich like a swiss roll (or sushi!) and cut into 1 inch segments.
  • 5 eat (feeling sorry for yourself is optional).
