Sour Cream Biscuits

Ingredients
- 2 cups sifted flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons cold butter
- 1 egg
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon cream
- 1 tablespoon sugar
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 450°f.
- 2 cut butter into dry ingredients.
- 3 in another bowl, beat egg and mix with sour cream.
- 4 add to dry ingredients and mix lightly with a fork just until incorporated
- 5 into a ball.
- 6 roll out with a light touch on floured board to 3/4 inch thick.
- 7 cut with cutter.
- 8 glaze if desired by brushing with cream and sprinkling with sugar and maybe a little cinnamon if you like.
- 9 bake 15 minute or until done.
