Sour Cream Lemon Bread (abm)

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 -3 tablespoons warm milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 egg
- 2 teaspoons grated fresh lemon rind
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 cups bread flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast
- 1 (3 ounce) package softened cream cheese
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon grated fresh lemon rind
Recipe
- 1 in a measuring cup, combine sour cream and lemon juice.
- 2 add enough of the milk to make 1/2 cup.
