Sour Cream Lemon Bread (abm)

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 -3 tablespoons warm milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 egg
  • 2 teaspoons grated fresh lemon rind
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 cups bread flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast
  • 1 (3 ounce) package softened cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon grated fresh lemon rind

Recipe

  • 1 in a measuring cup, combine sour cream and lemon juice.
  • 2 add enough of the milk to make 1/2 cup.
