Spiced Matzalan Meatballs

Ingredients
- 500 g lean ground lamb
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 onion, finely diced
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground allspice
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 4 tablespoons fresh coriander, roughly chopped
Recipe
- 1 put everything into a food processor and whizz until well blended.
- 2 using wet hands, shape the mixture into 20 meatballs and cook over hot coals or a non stick frying pan for about 10 minutes, turning frequently until well browned.
- 3 serve in warmed flour tortillas, pitta or flatbreads with natural yogurt and lettuce leaves.
